Gordon Brown not dour - Miliband

In an interview with Chris Robinson in this evening's Shields Gazette, South Shields MP and Environment Secretary David Miliband said of the Prime Minister elect;
"He is a serious person but he is not a dour person, he has a good sense of humour and I think when he becomes Prime Minister people will see the full side of him - which is, he's serious when he wants to be serious, but he doesn't need to take himself too seriously"
Should we detect a hint of 'come on you Scottish boor, you're going to become PM so you'd better lighten up a little'?
